1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to tabji, an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tabji ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content offered on tabji.org.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on tabji, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use tabji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any wagering activity on tabji.

• You must not have previously had a tabji account closed, suspended, or terminated for Terms violations or fraudulent activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may register only one (1) account on tabji. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Never share your password with any third party.
• Notify tabji support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a security breach.
• All personal details provided during registration must match the identification documents submitted during KYC verification.
• tabji reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions or suspension.

tabji operates secure account infrastructure protected by SSL encryption. We are committed to protecting the integrity and security of every player account on our platform. However, users must take personal responsibility for protecting their own login credentials and devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tabji supports a range of payment methods convenient for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24-72 hours.

tabji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors may levy their own transaction charges. tabji is not responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tabji offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each welcome bonus or promotional offer applies to one eligible account only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer details.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are also subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• tabji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, fraud, or technical error is detected.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying all wagering requirements. tabji's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tabji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit odds, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Engaging in money laundering, using tabji to process or disguise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to use your account or access the platform through any means.

tabji monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious behavior. Any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions will be terminated without notice and all associated funds will be forfeited permanently.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tabji — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tabji or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any tabji content is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data mining, scraping, or reproduction of platform content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tabji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses incurred through gameplay, sports betting outcomes, or technical interruptions.

tabji does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without incurring liability to users.
